The Career Development Cell (CDC) at SAITM was founded on a single belief: every student who walks through our gates deserves a fulfilling career, not just a degree. My team works tirelessly — across aptitude training, personality development and live interview practice — to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry expectation. We treat placement preparation not as an event at the end of four years, but as an ongoing journey from day one.

Our training approach is data-driven and continuously refined. We track placement outcomes rigorously, gather feedback from recruiters, and update our syllabi every semester. Students go through structured programmes covering technical aptitude, analytical reasoning, group discussions and domain-specific skills relevant to their branch. We partner with external coaches, industry leaders and alumni to deliver interventions that are practical, current and inspiring.

The depth of our industry partnerships is what truly distinguishes SAITM. Over 200 companies — from Fortune 500 multinationals to ambitious Indian startups — visit our campus annually for recruitment drives. These relationships are nurtured through year-round engagement: company visits, collaborative projects, guest lectures and internship pipelines.
