The Board of Governors (BoG) is the apex governing body of St. Andrews Institute of Technology & Management (SAITM). It sets institutional policy, approves budgets and provides strategic direction in accordance with AICTE and university norms.
In the interest of transparency and good governance, the minutes of the Board of Governors' meetings are maintained and made available as required. The approved minutes record the agenda, resolutions and action points of each meeting.
