Syllabi are as prescribed by Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU) Rohtak and approved by AICTE. Pharmacy programmes follow PCI / BFUHS regulations. Syllabi are subject to revision by the affiliating university each academic session.

Curriculum Structure
SAITM follows a semester system with continuous internal assessment and university-conducted external exams.
Core fundamentals including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, basic programming, and communication skills. Builds a strong conceptual base for all engineering/management disciplines.
Discipline-specific core subjects that define the programme's knowledge base. Includes mandatory laboratory practicals, tutorials, and minor project work.
Advanced electives, industry-oriented subjects, open electives, and a major project spanning the final two semesters. Includes mandatory industrial training of 6–8 weeks.
